Product Description

NitroHeat is a stand-alone system that filters and separates compressed air to produce up to 99.9% pure pressurized nitrogen and is ideal for most spray painting and industrial applications. The Nitrogen is heated for the spray painting applications to promote curing time. Due to nitrogen being moisture free, the paint application process is more consistent versus compressed air. This results in a superior paint transfer and a higher quality finish, using less material while providing better coverage. NitroHeat is the affordable option for painting with heated nitrogen to minimize flash times and maximize savings on materials. Save time and money in the evolving collision industry.

The HeatPro200 from NitroHeat is a compressed air heater ideal for spray painting both water borne and solvent-based materials. The built in set value and present value temperature controller allows maximum user control of required temperatures and is adjustable for application of different liquid materials.

The HeatPro200 series can be purchased separately as a solution to supply heated compressed air to your spray guns. This will offer efficiency improvements in the paint application and drying time. Ideal temperatures can be achieved for sealer, primer, base and clear coats. The maximum temperature of 200F can also be used to further promote the curing time of the painted material.

Hoses are sold separately:
