Paint Booths and Spray Booths

Paint booths and spray booths from Paint-booths.com are designed to fill a much-needed void in the paint booth industry. Most paint booth suppliers do not provide the basic supplies needed for a paint booth installation, but with the exception of electrical wiring kits and 48 inch fluorescent bulbs, we can supply you with all of the hardware, fasteners, and sealants that you need. Our paint booths are designed to comply with all OSHA, NEC and NFPA 33 regulations. See the information below for a description of the different types of paint booths and related products that we offer.

We sell the following types of paint booths, spray booths, and related products:

Cross Flow Paint Booths: Cross flow paint booths utilize clean filtered air that is pulled in through the filters in the drive in doors, run through the booth, and exhausted through a filter system on the other end of the booth.

Semi Down Draft Paint Booths: Semi down draft paint booths are designed to pull fresh air into the booth from the cleaner upper levels, pull it through a set of filters in the ceiling, and pull it across the booth.

Side Down Draft Paint Booths: Side down draft paint booths are designed to pull fresh air into the booth from a set of filters in the ceiling, pull it down into a set of floor-level filters, then exhausted through an exhaust stack on each side of the booth.

Mixing Rooms: Mixing rooms are designed with airtight steel construction and are available with optional features such as an exhaust package, single phase motor, and additional light fixtures.

Parts Booths: Parts booths are available in regular or side crossflow models.

Paint Walls: Paint walls are available with many optional features including additional lights, single phase motors, and additional height.

Filter Boxes: Filter boxes are designed to remove contaminants and overspray from the air in areas used for prep work like sanding.

Desiccant Dryers: Dessicant dryers are designed for air moisture removal.
