Easy Paint Booth Assembly

Each paint booth comes with assembly instructions and labeled panels for easy assembly and installation. Self-installation typically takes two days. You will need a licensed electrician to wire and connect your power source. Alternatively, we can recommend a professional installer in your area upon request.

All of our paint booths use TEK screw technology for fast and easy assembly. Nearly everything that is needed to install your paint booth is shipped to you.  We include tube axial fans and motors, intake and exhaust filters, door latches, doors with tempered glass windows, and full booth lighting.

Fluorescent light bulbs are not included because they are prone to breakage in shipping. Ductwork is only available as an add-on component. Because wiring codes vary widely, we do not include electrical wiring kits (starter, switches, conduit, etc.) with our paint booths. It is more cost effective for our customers to have a licensed electrician provide the necessary components.

Almost everything needed to install your paint booth, including tube axial fans and motors, intake and exhaust filters, door latches, doors with tempered glass windows, and full booth lighting is shipped to you for installation. Bulbs, electrical wiring, and switches are not included.

The TEK Screw

Standard Tools and Equipment Co. uses an industry standard TEK Screw in the assembly of our paint booths. The TEK Screw is the perfect fastener for paint booths because they were specifically designed for sheet metal applications.

When putting together a paint booth, lining up holes and assembling nuts, washers and bolts can be frustrating when dealing with large panels of metal and ladders. TEK screws were designed for use in sheet metal building construction to withstand the rigors of heavy use and increase the speed of construction. The TEK Screw is by far the easiest and fastest assembly method on the market today.

The TEK Screw is not always understood, sometimes because it seems just too easy. It is a self-tapping, self-threading screw, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes and cutting the number of steps necessary to complete the paint booth installation project.
